NIKON microscope model Eclipse LV150N

The NIKON microscope model Eclipse LV150N is the manual model suitable for high-quantity image observation and digital imaging. It has four long distance objectives: 5x, 20x, 50x and 100x.  Dark field  contrast can be used  to detect micro scratches or small particles in lower layers of the sample.  In addition, the microscope has a NanoCalc Thin Film Reflectometry System allows you to analyse the thickness of single or multylayers from 10 nm to ~250 µm.
