Dr. Víctor Jesús Gómez Hernández

Our group is focused on the development of novel semiconducting and 2D architectures and epitaxial growth methods and to convert them into scientific or industrial breakthroughs in the field of nanophotonics and quantum photonics. Our research interests are aligned with the epitaxy and characterization of III-V nanostructures, quantum dots, graphene and other 2D materials, and the development of integrated Graphene-on-Si and Graphene-on-SiN photonic platforms.
