The kick-off meeting of the CHIRALFORCE project was held in AMOLF (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) in December 2022. In this project, funded by the European Commission under the Hrozin Europe programme «Pathfinder» we will build chiral photonic integrated circuits to perform the separation of molecular enantiomers, which is a key process in pharmaceutic or agrochemical industries, using light. Besides the NTC and AMOLF, the other partners are the King’s College London (UK), the Università degli Studi di Milano (Italy), the University of Twente (The Netherlands), and the company SYMERES (The Netherlands).
